Meet The Founder
Simon Bell
Simon brings over 13 years’ experience across global agency and in-house recruitment. He began his career partnering with startups through to FTSE 100 organisations, before moving in-house at a global energy software business where he led global go-to-market hiring.
Combining both perspectives, Simon founded TalentRidge to deliver a more strategic, commercially aligned approach to talent — built around partnership, performance and long-term growth.
